Full Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Cape Town, South Africa
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met by a representative of Live The Dash Tours who will facilitate the transfer to your hotel situated on the Cape Town Waterfront. Your hotel is within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the day at your leisure. Savour the culinary delights at Karibu Restaurant which is situated on the Cape Town Waterfront with a backdrop of Table Mountain. Overnight: The Cape Grace Hotel (Luxury Room)

Day 2: Cape Town | Cape Peninsula
Today you will enjoy a full day touring the Cape Peninsula. You will travel to the Cape Point Nature Reserve via the scenic Chapman’s Peak which boasts breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll continue onto Boulders Beach where we you will visit the African penguins. Your last stop for the day will be at Groot Constantia where you can sample some of the local wines. Enjoy a gracious and elegant fine dining experience less the formality at Savoy Cabbage. Overnight: The Cape Grace Hotel (Luxury Room)

After breakfast, fly to Walvis Bay, Namibia (WVB). Enjoy a city tour en-route to your hotel and spend the afternoon at your leisure. Enjoy dinner at the renowned Tug Restaurant which has un-obscured views of the rocky shoreline and crashing waves of the Atlantic. Overnight: The Beach Hotel (Comfort Room)

Day 4: Sossusvlei, Namibia
Set out on an early morning seal and dolphin cruise where you’ll get an opportunity to get up close and personal with the Cape fur seal and dolphins. Indulge in fresh Namibian Oysters and sparkling wine while we cruise. After your morning excursion, travel by road from Swakopmund to Sosussvlei (approximately 6 hours) via Kuiseb and Gaub Canyons and witness Namibia’s beautiful and diverse landscapes. Overnight: Hoodia Desert Lodge (Chalet)

Day 5: Sossusvlei, Namibia | The Namib Desert
Depart your hotel in the early morning to have breakfast in the oldest desert in the world, the Namib Desert, where you will be surrounded by magnificent red sand dunes. You will also make a stop at Sesrium Canyon. Overnight: Hoodia Desert Lodge (Chalet)

Day 6: Sossusvlei | Windhoek | Johannesburg
Travel by road Windhoek (approximately 6 hours) with scenic stops en-route. Enjoy lunch in the Namibian capital of Windhoek and embark on a brief city tour before you depart on a flight to Johannesburg (cost of flight quoted separately). Upon arrival at O. R. Tambo International Airport you will be met by a representative from Live The Dash Tours who will assist you with your transfer to The D’Oreale Grande Hotel. Overnight: D’Oreale Grande Hotel (Classic Room)

Board an early morning flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (cost of flight quoted separately). You will need to clear Zimbabwe customs and immigration when you land (we recommend that you obtain a multiple entry visa). Take a guided tour of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the majestic Victoria Falls. Cap off your night with a superb selection of traditional Zimbabwean dishes at the Boma Restaurant. Overnight: The Victoria Falls Safari Club (Club Room)

Day 8: Victoria Falls | Pause Day
This is your “Pause Day”, enjoy it anyway you see fit. There are numerous activities in the area that you can opt to partake in, feel free to take one of your fellow Dashers along with you for the day. We will reconvene in the late afternoon for a three course sunset dinner cruise on the calm picturesque Zambezi River. Overnight: The Victoria Falls Safari Club (Club Room)

Day 9: Victoria Falls | Chobe National Park
Transfer to Chobe National Park in Botswana (approximately 2 hours). You will clear customs and immigration at both the Zimbabwe and Botswana border posts. Delight in an afternoon safari in Chobe National Park. Chobe National Park offers a diversity of wildlife and is home to the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Overnight: Mowana Safari Lodge (Standard Room)
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 10: Chobe National Park
After breakfast, enjoy early morning game viewing. Game viewing can be best in the morning hours because the animals will have awaken from their slumber and are looking to satisfy their hunger cravings. Go out for another game drive in the afternoon for the chance to spot wildlife that might have eluded you or that you’d like to view once more. Day 11: Chobe National Park | Victoria Falls | Johannesburg
Enjoy a farewell breakfast at your lodge and then transfer to Victoria Falls Airport where you will board your scheduled flight to O.R Tambo International Airport (cost of flight quoted separately) and make preparations to board your flight home. Meals: Breakfast
